Please ensure that you email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item, and we will be happy to issue you a refund. Unfortunately, the original shipping, customs, and taxes cost scan not be refunded. In addition, you (the customer) will have to bear shipping costs related to return of the item. Please returning the item via an insured shipping service that allows the package to be tracked, in order to guarantee delivery. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund.
Credit Card Refund policy for our Customers.
We will process the refunds as soon as we receive the returned product/ Products. In case you have paid through electronic means (Credit or even Debit card) then your funds could be paid back to your card, but depending upon individual’s standard bank prerequisites, the refund may take up to 45 days to reflect in your card statement. Under credit card payment method, amount will be refunded to the charged card only.
Please note that we are unable to process returns of Earrings and limited edition.
